Update 26.7.2022 - The bus meeting point will be at Shinagawa station at 9am. Bus departs at 10am Sharp!! We cannot wait if patrons that are late. We will provide a map for the exact meeting spot. It will take about 1 hour to arrive to the venue via bus.

• No outside drinks permitted
  
• Changing room at venue.⁣⁣
  
• Indoor and outdoor shower area on site. This is to remove paint before returning to the bus or private vehicles. Shower area is expected to be very crowded, so we kindly ask that patrons use the showers appropriately to expedite the cleanup process.
  
• limited car parking available. Free for cars with 5 occupants. There is a 1500yen parking fee for cars with less than 5 occupants.
  
• Private bus to venue available from Shinagawa Station, Tokyo
  
• If using the bus, please bring a change of clothes, towel, footwear, and clean up before returning to the bus. Patrons not cleaned, will not be permitted back on the bus. Damage to the bus is strictly prohibited⁣⁣
  
• If you're not from the Tokyo/Chiba Area, and do not have a car, we STRONGLY recommend you take our bus. Jouvert is in a remote location and it will cost more taking public transportation to get to the venue.
  
• Belongings can be stored in the bus during the event. Due to security reasons, once the bus is locked, no persons permitted in the bus until after event. SIJ not responsible for any belongings. Additionally,  there is a cloak area patrons can utilize for a separate fee.
  
• Patrons are asked to strictly adhere to instructions of all SIJ personnel. Damage to the facility, bus, or any material will not be tolerated and patrons may be asked to leave without refund.
  
• In case of children, parents are asked to keep kids away from the adult area, and to stay with their children at all times. SIJ cannot guarantee the safety of children.
